Built Through Ultra Racing
This is not a story about talent.
It’s a story about learning how to perform under fatigue, failure, and extreme race conditions.
How it started
I didn’t start as an elite runner.
Like most athletes, I made the same mistakes — training too much, racing without strategy, and breaking down when it mattered most.
For years, I was chasing results without understanding ultra performance.
What changed
Everything changed when I stopped focusing only on training volume and started focusing on execution.
Ultra performance is not built only in training.
It is built in:
- pacing under fatigue
- fueling strategy
- decision-making in long races
- managing physical and mental breakdown
That shift changed everything.
Results built through experience
- Winner – SwissPeaks 380 (388km / 26,600m+)
- 1st place – multiple 100km races
- Podium finishes in 100-mile races
- ITRA Performance Index: 850
These results are not theory.
They come from real racing experience.
My approach to coaching
My coaching is not based on generic plans.
Every athlete I work with is coached to:
- manage effort across long races
- execute pacing strategy
- fuel correctly under stress
- adapt to real race conditions
Because ultra races are not won in perfect conditions.
Who this is for
I work with athletes who want to take ultra running seriously.
From those preparing for their first 100km race to experienced runners targeting higher performance levels.
- Athletes preparing for their first 100km or 100-mile race
- Runners who want to improve performance and race execution
- Athletes aiming to compete at a higher level
- Those looking to build long-term ultra endurance
If you want to perform, not just finish
This coaching is built for athletes who want structure, not guesswork.
